Polished by KPT March into Spring Collection

Hi Everyone! Today I'm excited to show you the March into Spring collection from Polished by KPT. The collection which launched a couple of months ago features five gorgeous floral shades. All of these shades are thermal and change color depending on the temperature of your hands and nails. To me this means that you get two colors plus a gradient nicely packed into one bottle. How can you beat that? ;)

Blossoming
Inspired by cherry blossoms, Blossoming is a soft pink when warm transitioning to a more vibrant pink when cold. It is packed with gold glass fleck shimmer and iridescent flakes. The formula is very nice and it applies easily. Two coats provides the coverage that you see below. I really like this beautiful shade and when the tips turn pink in the cold, it looks like my nails are blushing. Swatches are with a top coat...

Don't be Ranunculus
Inspired by the ranunculus flowers, this shade transitions from mauve when warm to a deep berry red. It is filled with green, red and iridescent shimmer which flashes beautiful colors at every turn. This is my favorite shade out of the collection for the more unusual color shift. It has a great formula that is easy to use. Swatches below are two coats with a top coat...

Transition...

I'm not sure if it is supposed to be a tri-color thermal, but I could swear at some moments that I saw three distinct colors...

Hyacinth
Inspired by a hyacinth flower, this gorgeous shade transitions from a vibrant blue when cold to a lighter periwinkle blue when warm. It is filled with purple shimmer and green flakes. A really brilliant color with a wonderful formula which was easy to apply. Please disregard the slightly visible brush strokes in my mani, they were caused by a new topcoat and not the polish itself. This is two coats plus a top coat...

Let's Get Peachy!
Inspired by peach fruit and sunshine, this beauty has the subtlest color change as it shifts from a bright peachy orange when cold to a lighter peach shade when warm. It is filled with a coppery and gold glass fleck shimmer. It reminds me of the peach nectar drink, so I think it really nailed the inspiration. The formula once again is very nice and easy to apply. Swatches are two coats with a top coat...

Cold state...

Since the color change is difficult to spot in transition, shown here the index and middle fingers are in the warm state while the ring and pinkie fingers are cold...

You can see a bit of the darker yellow toward the tips, particularly on the index and middle fingers...

Love in Bloom
This beautiful thermal transitions from lavender when cold to a rosy pink when warm. It is filled with silvery and purple glass fleck shimmer. Application of this is great, the formula goes on very nicely. Swatches shown here are two coats with a top coat...

Cold State...
You may notice that my nails are wet in this photo and that is because I needed to use cold water to be able to capture the cold state. Unlike the rest of the shades above which are warm sensitive, this shade is described as cold sensitive. Although I was able to capture the change for photos, when it came down to wearing this shade, though my hands are usually cold, they not cold enough to initiate such a dramatic change...

Transition state is just beautiful and perfect for spring...

Little crazy fact, I took over 1000 photos of these 5 shades to capture their various states. Especially with the transition shots, it was difficult to choose my favorite ones to show you! :D

What do you think of these beauties? Which ones caught your eye?
